5.CONCLUSION

That the Syrian crisis and international interaction raises a number of questions about
whether the world is turning into a pluralistic system. How will the United States deal
with this fundamental change in the structure of the international system, which has
been at its peak since the collapse of the Soviet Union? Has the role of the United
States declined as a major player in the Arab region?

That while there is a difference in answering these questions, there is evidence that
China has become a major force in the international system. On the other hand, we
find that the United States will remain an active force in the international system,
