                    the  important  objectives  for  Azerbaijan  starting  from  2018.  Furthermore,  the
                    establishment of incubation centers for business development and the promotion of
                    entrepreneurial skills remain important areas of focus for the government.

                    At  last,  it  is  argued  that  activities  should  be  continued  to  reduce  Azerbaijan’s
                    dependence on the oil sector and turn Azerbaijan into a logistics hub of the region.
                    In general, Azerbaijan's development potential in logistics is huge. Cooperation with
                    the Chinese project "One Belt, One Road" can turn Azerbaijan into a logistics center
                    and geographical hub between East and West.
