conference proceedings and review articles. Also, it covers large pool of publications
related to business and management domains. In this regard, the query was performed
in Scopus database initially yielded (stage 1) a total of 444 publications.

2.2 Curating Phase
After the initial pool of publications of 444, the documents are screened based on the study’s
inclusion and exclusion criteria. Only studies categorized as Journal articles and published
in the English language were considered for inclusion for final synthesis of the study.
