DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF REGIONAL POLICY
OF STATE IN MODERN ENVIRONMENT
objectives and results, discussion of issues raised during the process,
publication of funds used for the reanimation.
The reanimation of remote regions has other feature then the
depressive ones. If depressive regions experience economic regression, the
remote ones have low developed infrastructure, lack of communications,
labor forces, and hard climate and geographic conditions.
The reanimation of remote regions is supported by the measurements
implemented under the program named “Social-economic development of
regions of Azerbaijan Republic”. This program considers the reanimation
not only remote, but also economically depressive regions. Different
governmental organizations, self-regulatory bodies and private
entrepreneurs participate in realization of these measurements.
Medium and large scaled projects presented by firms and
companies are provided by required normative and legislative
framework by the government. Mentioned above factors have already
played important role in development of whole economy, as well as in
reanimation of depressive and remote regions based on implementation
of cluster methodology.
