Topic of the article is based on the agreement signed between Ministry of
Economy and Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Institute for Scientific
Research on Economic Reforms to ”Prepare recommendations and suggestions for
increasing effectiveness of assessment of innovational activity and functionality of
innovations in Azerbaijan”.
