Application of the method of the factorial analysis of development of RSTC
during evaluation of the innovative potential (Table 8) also provides opportunity to
identify invariantly the innovative products.
In the course of monitoring of an innovative activity information about the
subject of an innovative potential is taken into account.
For the purpose of finding out of the opportunities and effective ways for increasing
of the innovative potential of the subjects an analysis and evaluation were carried
out of the innovative potential by the technique of the scientific-technological
complex of the economic zones.
The basic directions of innovative development were determined. Statistics of the
factors of the scientific-technological complex of the economic zones were revealed.
