Dear scholars and researchers,
The Journal of Economic Sciences: Theory and Practice (Iqtisad elmləri: nəzəriyyə və praktika) is an academic, double-blind, peer-reviewed and biannual journal. It was founded by UNEC in 1994. It was published in Azerbaijani, Russian and Engilish from 1994 until 2011 and was regisered as ISSN 2220-8739. Now the Journal is registered at the centre of international ISSN (International Standard Series Number, ISSN 3079-0433 (online), ISSN 3079-0425 (print). It has also been included to the list of scientific publications on economic sciences by the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Currently, the journal is led by the rector of UNEC Prof. Dr. A.J.Muradov. From its thematic point of view, JESTP is a theoretical and practical journal which is a unique journal being published at national and international levels. Recently, systematic changes are conducted to meet international requirements.

Furthermore, scientific papers by the young researchers are also published in the journal.
